These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, products, and functions offered by archora.ai (hereinafter "archora", "we", "us") via the website www.archora.ai, the associated web app, and all related services.
They apply to all users ("customers", "you"), regardless of location.
These GTC supplement our Privacy Policy and together form the basis of the contractual relationship between you and archora.

We reserve the right to further develop, replace, or exchange individual functions, provided this does not significantly impair usability.
You retain all rights to all content you upload to the platform at all times – including sketches, CAD plans, 3D models, photos, and other documents.
archora makes no claims to your intellectual property.
All visualizations, images, animations, or videos created through your inputs belong to you.
You receive an unrestricted, worldwide, and fully commercially usable right to use, publish, sell, or reproduce this content – without time or content restrictions.
Note on legal situation:
For purely text-based generated content (without your own design template), no copyright can arise under law, as no human creation exists. In these cases, you have all usage rights to the output, but without exclusive copyright in the copyright sense.
Your uploaded architecture data, project documents, competition ideas, or customer data are not used for public or third-party AI model training.
All rights to the underlying technology – including the AI models used, API integrations, software components, workflows, and the technical system – remain with archora or the respective technology partners.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Processing is handled via external payment service providers (Stripe, etc.).
Prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
In case of non-payment or payment default, we may pause or block access to the platform.
Subscriptions run indefinitely and automatically renew for the respective billing period.
Cancellation is possible at any time and becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations can be made via the user account or by email to info@archora.ai.
No refund is made for already billed periods, except in cases of legal warranty or obvious system errors.

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. To the extent legally permissible, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Our platform uses several external models from different providers. Their own terms of use apply additionally to these.
The handling of personal and project-related data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – where applicable – the GDPR.
We reserve the right to adapt these GTC.
We will inform you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance by email or via your user account.
If you do not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted.
We strive for very high platform availability (target: corresponding to Google Cloud uptime).
Short-term interruptions for maintenance or version updates are possible and will be announced in advance if possible.
